Starting in June 2026, I’ll be the Juneau elopement photographer for couples who aren’t into rules, timelines, or doing things “the right way.” You decide the when, where, and how. Vows under the midnight sun? Absolutely. Hiking to a summit? Definitely. Cake first and rain boots on: yes and yes.  I’ll document it exactly as it unfolds. No traditions required.

  • pre-elopement planning and local tips so that you can skip the stressful part

  • unlimited downloads of your high-res images so that you can gush over your favorites with family and friends

  • officiant services (aka I can legally sign your marriage license)so that it can really just be the 2 of you

For the couples who want to keep it simple and sweet. Two hours focused on your vows, a few epic portraits in a beautiful spot. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

For the couples who want to adventure .. a little bit. Four hours to get ready, get somewhere spectacular, get married and document the whole thing.

For the couples who aren't leaving anything on the table. Eight hours means we can hike to the view, take the long way back, and never once feel rushed.

So why me as your Alaska elopement photographer?

  • Because I've got some jokes you might like. Have I mentioned photos should be fun?

  • Because this process should be effortless from inquiry → gallery

  • Because I can sign your marriage license (just call me Rev. Jen) so you have one less vendor to track down

  • Because I don't take hundreds of elopements so this is personal, not a numbers game

  • Because my mom taught me to be the hardest working person in the room and if I don't know how to help you with something, I'm damn sure going to find out

  • Because I'll be Juneau, Alaska based starting June 2026 and there is really no substitute for boots on the ground (especially here)

  • I’ll be based in Juneau full-time starting in June, and I’m intentionally opening just 5 elopements as I settle in. This isn’t a trial run; we've actually lived in Alaska before (Kodiak!) My husband’s job is relocating us to Juneau. So once you’re booked, I’m all in!

  • Not necessarily! I'm an ordained minister and can legally sign your marriage license in Alaska. If you want someone to lead a ceremony, I can do that too (but not at the sacrifice of your photos!) or you can write your own vows and I'll just make it official on paper.

  • Not even a little. It's totally okay to reach out without a location, timeline, or clear vision. You don’t need to have it all figured out to inquire. We’ll talk it through and build something that actually fits you.

    PS. Eloping on a cruise stop in Juneau? Don't worry - I understand the time restraint and am happy to work with very specific date needs.

  • If you’re more into meaning than perfection, flexibility over tradition, and photos that feel real then we’ll probably get along great. I offer no-pressure consult calls so you can vibe-check before deciding anything.

  • For lifestyle sessions (engagement, maternity, newborn/fresh 48, family) my current turn around time is 1 week or less.

    For wedding and elopements, my current turn around time is 4 weeks or less.
